My 1st time at BJs. .. I ordered a burger and mashed potatoes. My husband ordered a steak and a loaded baked potato no sour cream. The place was nice. Not busybat all. We walked in and was told our wait would be 10 minutes when 3/4 of the restaraunt was empty. His steak was on point. Perfect .. baked potatoe the skin was burnt and barley anything in it some butter some cheese and a few bacon bits look like theyd scooped half the potatoe out .. my burger was supposed to be medium it came well done. And with fries no mashed potatoes. I eventually got my potatoes. Before we left my husband ordered a drink and it took 20 minutes. Manager offered a free desert. We declined as was ready to leave and I didnt even finish my food. Waitress came by and said something about the desert and we mentioned it and said something else and conveniently almost forgot to tell us the manager comped the drink. So we were like OK do we get thst $20 back... and shes like oh yeah and pulled it out of her apron. 🙄

Super disappointed with our visit to BJ’s today. From the moment we sat down, our server, Alexis, was rude and short with us, and the service only went downhill from there. We ordered appetizers and drinks. When Alexis brought the drinks, one was noticeably less than half full, while the other she spilled all over the table. She didn’t offer napkins or anything to clean up the spill, and she also forgot straws. I had to ask another server for napkins and straws. I also asked that server whether my friend’s drink was supposed to be served that way, and she told us it was not and said she would get our server because Alexis was nowhere to be found. When Alexis eventually returned, rather than checking on our drinks or asking how our appetizer was, the first thing she asked was whether we were ready for dessert. We explained our concern about the drink, and her response was, “I don’t know, every bartender makes it different.” I understand that drinks can vary, but my martini was served full while my friend’s was less than half full. Any STANDARD martini should atleast take up 3/4 of a glass. So that’s a lack in consistency between bar staff and it needs to be acknowledged. At the very

We came and ordered pizookies. The server was great, Joseph, he was helpful and kind. We ordered 2 pizookies and both came out extremely burnt. We could barely cut a piece. Joseph was kind enough to bring us 2 news ones, but unfortunately they were not fully cooked, it was raw. It was a super unpleasant experience. We all expected a better experience, it was not worth our money! Thank you Joseph for being a great server!

Elena is a great waitress. We always ask for her. She always goes the extra mile to make sure our experience is the best.

Our waitress “Elena” was an amazing server. Service was great along with her personality very knowledgeable and prompt to get our order. Can’t wait to come back and we will ask to be sit in her section.
